iDraw: Hello to Lim Ding Wen!
Lim Ding Wen is a 9 year old computer programmer in Singapore who wrote Doodle Kids, a free iPhone/iTouch drawing program intended for kids, which I used to make today's portrait of me waving at him across the ether. Hi! Hello to you too! Thank you!
Thanks for checking out my blog!! International communication is so quick now! When I was traveling outside my country in the 1980s, I had to wait hours at an international phone office just to call home and let my family know I was OK. Now you were able to find my drawing just hours after I posted it - but I'm curious how - I don't see my page coming up just from googling your name or the program name...
Hi, your page shows up on our side if you search for just 1 day news (it is 2nd item, actually).
We really like your drawing, can we used it as one of the Doodle Kids example?
Thank-you! Yes, you can use it as an example. If you can, please link back to this blog: http://studiojuliakay.com/portraitproject. I have another Doodle Kids drawing you might like, too. If you send me email: julia@studiojuliakay.com I'll send it to you. By the way I used Kid's Paint for today's drawing but I like Doodle Kids better :)
