If at first you don't succeed, try, try again. And if what you're doing isn't working - try someting else! I suppose that applies equally to drawing and bowling. In any event, this is from our TAEC class trip to Albany Bowl to observe and teach the Alexander Technique in activity - working on each other while working on bowling.

It's like a film. I can't wait for the animated Alexander documentary, called "Bowling in Oakland."
