Friday's Alexander Technique Exchange
Last Friday's Alexander Technique exchange included students and recent graduates from all three Bay Area Alexander Technique Teacher Training Schools: The Alexander Educational Center, The Northern California Center for the Alexander Technique and The Bay Area Center for the Alexander Technique. We all enjoyed working together and look forward to doing it some more!

At first glance I thought (and almost wrote) that this looked Asian somehow, as if it were aikido not alexander. Then I found it all rather ominous. Finally I decided it was just complex, and that I should not try to comment before 6:30 in the morning.
